ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Saturday requested the legislature not to delegate double nationals on top presents and on draft laws in such manner after endorsement from the bureau.

The requests arrived in a suo moto case relating to double nationalities of government officers .

The decision was given by a three-part seat headed by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar.

As indicated by Geo News, the court had issued notification to the Attorney General and four commonplace Advocate Generals before articulating its judgment which was saved on September 24.

Prior, the main equity had gathered a rundown of double nationals named on top government posts the nation over.

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) presented a rundown of around 1,000 double nationals holding government workplaces.

As per the FIA, upwards of 719 officers had announced their double national status while the others shrouded it.
